We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to join our creative team and play a key
role in shaping and elevating our brand design. As the Creative Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop our brand further and deliver a consistent brand experience across various touch points. Your exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will be crucial in driving our brand forward and ensuring its alignment with our company's vision to become the leader in AI-enabled immersive web3.

What you'll be doing

  • We are looking for a person who can think and act conceptually, but who is also familiar with all the tools and can implement ideas hands on
  • Lead and drive the development and execution of brand design strategies and initiatives forward, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's overall objectives
  • Conceptualize, design and be in charge for high-quality brand assets and visual guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with different teams like marketing, strategy and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence to established visual standards and brand voice across all communication channels, like magazines, in house design, presentations, social media, website or podcast
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into brand design strategies
  • An interest, experience and knowledge in immersive web experiences, web3 and all related topics is a big plus
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring the successful execution of brand design projects
  • Present design concepts, strategies, and rationale to internal stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and iteratively refining designs based on insights
  • Reporting directly to the CSO

Who we are looking for

  • At least 8 years of professional work experience as Senior, Design Lead or a similar role or some years as Creative Director
  • Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand design, graphic design and creative problem-solving
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, and the ability to effectively apply them in brand design projects
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs that communicate brand values and messages effectively
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering designs that meet the highest visual standards
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across different mediums and touchpoints.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools
  • Experience in motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere or 3D software is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and UX/UI teams, to achieve shared objectives
