Fashion & tech thought leaders double down on the metaverse
Vogue Business foresaw the impact and influence of the metaverse and reached out to Journee to take the next step forward in fashion by entering the metaverse. Knowing that many in the fashion world had the same wonderments and questions, Vogue Business wanted to present everyone with the opportunity to find out just what it means to go virtual, what are best practices, what hurdles to be aware of – with an event hosted in that topical metaverse.
Vogue Business hosted The Metaverse Experience, a first-of-its-kind member-only event in partnership with Yahoo and Dept. The event invites Vogue Business Members to join informative panels and keynotes, all within the metaverse. During the two-hour experience, attendees learned from a range of experts on how to make sense of fashion’s new terrain, while having the opportunity to explore this immersive, sensory world created by Journee to highlight the new metaverse technology.
