With the goal of creating groundbreaking new business, Ilgi has experience in spearheading growth strategies centred on new technologies for global companies across multiple different industries.

Ilgi is an accomplished business executive and innovator, and dived into the web3 pool as a venture builder. She has since achieved recognition as one of the Top 100 Women shaping the future of the Metaverse and Web3 in the global arena.

Before diving into the web3 world, Ilgi headed up the innovation lab for Pernod Ricard, The Absolut Company, and has mentored over 20 startups (including Outlier Ventures, Antler, and Tech Nordic Advocates). This has earned her being named one of the top 50 women business leaders in Sweden.

With this exceptional skill set, Ilgi will drive Journee’s strategy and expand our global presence.
